This week, we will begin a poetry unit in Literacy! Students will read a variety of poems this week and analyze point of view, imagery, theme, tone, and figurative language. We will especially consider the poet's use of perspective in order to complement the current unit in art and prepare students to make connections between art and literacy in our upcoming excursion to the Denver Art Museum and the RiNo art district.
Essentials Qs to ask at home
